The Coastal Edge Surf for the Cure is an annual event held during October in Virginia Beach, VA, to help raise awareness of breast cancer, support local current breast cancer patients, and provide a day of fun for survivors and others in our Coastal Virginia community. Volunteers, sponsors, and silent item donations are needed each year!
Proceeds from the Surf the Cure Foundation, a 501(3)c nonprofit organization, provide breast health education, screening, diagnostic and treatment support locally. Services are granted to local women who are uninsured or under-insured, specifically for breast health screenings.
